Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 May 2026 · sweepup.co
1. The service
sweepup.co (“the service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [COMPANY_NAME], a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY_NUMBER]), with registered office at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS].
We provide a private prediction league platform for companies participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 (“the tournament”). Access is sold on a per-company, per-tournament basis. By purchasing access or joining a league, you (the purchasing company and any of its employees who join a league) agree to these terms.
2. Payment
Access to the platform is granted following a one-off payment made by the company administrator. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The fee covers the full duration of the tournament for an unlimited number of employees within that company.
3. Refunds
A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the World Cup group stage has not yet begun. Once the tournament has started, no refund is available as the service is actively being consumed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Fair use and admin responsibility
Company administrators are responsible for the conduct of all employees in their league. Admins must not permit employees to manipulate the platform, submit predictions on behalf of others without consent, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend leagues found to be in breach of these terms without refund.
5. Data handling
Data collected in connection with the service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available throughout the tournament but do not offer a formal uptime SLA. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability, inaccurate match data, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any company shall not exceed the amount paid for that company’s league access. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
