Admin Guide

Once you have completed purchase, your league is live. Find your unique league code under Admin → Settings. Share it with your colleagues — they join at /join by entering the code and creating an account. There is no limit on the number of participants.

Employees can join at any time during the tournament, though early participation is rewarded because late joiners miss matchdays that have already passed.

Go to Admin → Matches and find the match you want to score. Enter the home and away score in the fields provided, then click Save. Points for all participants are recalculated automatically — no further action required.

Results can be corrected after saving if a score was entered incorrectly. Points will be recalculated again on save.

Navigate to Admin → Bonusto create custom questions for your league (for example, “Who wins the Golden Boot?” or “Which team reaches the semi-finals first?”). Employees answer from their Predictions page. You resolve each question manually once the answer is known.

Under Admin → Settings you can configure:

• Company name and logo — displayed on the leaderboard and in notifications.
• Webhook (Teams / Slack) — paste an Incoming Webhook URL to receive automated score notifications after each match result is confirmed and before each matchday kicks off.
• Prize pot text— a freeform field displayed to participants describing any workplace prize (e.g. “£100 Amazon voucher for the winner”). Prizes are managed entirely by you; no money passes through the platform.

If your league was created with Chaos mode enabled, two additional game formats are available on top of the classic prediction league:

• Head-to-Head — participants are automatically paired against each other each matchday. The participant with the higher score for that day wins the matchup.
• Last Man Standing (LMS) — each participant picks one team to win per matchday. Pick a losing team and you are eliminated. The last participant standing wins.

Both formats are managed automatically. Pairings and LMS picks open before each matchday and close at kick-off.
